AI-based software that makes building smarter. We are energy efficiency experts and the software analyses and optimizes the way the building (government, bank, offices, hotels) regulates itself: HVAC, ventilation, etc. which are the biggest energy consumption sources in such buildings.
For all of our customers, we have been able to reduce their global electric consumption by 20 to 35%.
The software is installed in less than a day, does not provoke any disruption to the building management, does not require capital investment or works and is automatically custom made for the building it is optimizing thanks to AI regulation and adaptation tools.
The software also comes along with a dashboard that allows the building manager and owner to better understand the energy consumption, related to external factors (weather, usage, etc.).
