atlat GmbH is a German start-up whose digital complaints system helps to improve working conditions in the countries where goods are produced. This is of particular interest to companies that need to comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. Part of the law is that suppliers’ workers can express complaints directly to companies. The atlat software solution offers a digital complaints channel for workers at supplier companies, also in the deeper supply chain, and enables companies to process complaints digitally in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.
