Description
ecoworks has developed a form of serial renovation that enables a fast and cost-effective renovation of existing buildings. Through the automation of our planning and project management processes and the production of prefabricated facade elements, we can efficiently carry out the renovation from start to finish. Buildings receive a new building envelope (with integrated windows and building technology connections), heat pumps, and photovoltaic systems within a few weeks. Over the course of a year, this transformation turns energy-consuming old buildings into modern ones that generate more energy than they consume.

ecoworks develops products and processes that enable a fast and cost-effective serial renovation of existing buildings. The core product consists of prefabricated elements for facades and roofs, which are industrially manufactured as timber frame constructions with sustainable insulation materials, integrated building technology, and new windows. Through the serial renovation of existing buildings, our goal is to cumulatively save one gigaton of CO2 emissions by 2045.
